Seasoned Horbear


The first step is to skin and debone the Horbear.

Cut into strips about square

Cut the strips into about lengths.

Soak in buttermilk overnight in refrigerator.

Par Fry in fry pan with the bottom just covered with oil.

Place Horbear chunks in a oven proof casserole dish.

Add the following ingredients:

Pinch of salt

Red and Green sliced peppers.

Chopped onion

Pineapple Bits.

1 Tablespoon Honey.

cup secret sauce. ( any flavor sauce you like )

Bake @ 300 degree for 30 Minutes.

Serve warm or cold.
