The first step is to skin and debone the Horbear.
Cut into strips about ½” square
Cut the strips into about ¾” lengths.
Soak in buttermilk overnight in refrigerator.
Par Fry in fry pan with the bottom just covered with oil.
Place Horbear chunks in a oven proof casserole dish.
Add the following ingredients:
Pinch of salt
Red and Green sliced peppers.
1 Tablespoon Honey.
½ cup secret sauce. ( any flavor sauce you like )
Bake @ 300 degree for 30 Minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
